Basic Board - $800/month - includes bedding, feed, water, and daily stall cleaning and maintenance, and full use of Shadowbrook Farm amenities

Supervision - $190/month – includes daily turnout, basic grooming, medication and supplement administration, arrangements for vet and farrier

Lessons – lessons are private and are intended to meet the individual needs of each rider. 

            School horse - $55/ half-hour

            Shareboarded horse - $45/ half-hour

            Owned or leased horse - $35/ half-hour

Full Service -- $110/month – includes tacking and untacking, grooming, bathing, wrapping, etc.

Training - $35/ride, or $350/month will include 5-6 rides per week or $290/month will include 2-3 rides per week, lunging, groundwork, and any other training needs of the horse.  

Horse Shows –

• Day Care – $35/non-show day or $65/show day - Includes all care of horse
• All professional rides (schooling and classes) - $35/ride
• Schooling - $35/day
• Tack Room, grooming stalls, laundry, paddock, feed, and bedding divided per horse
• Hotel, golf cart, and travel expenses divided per customer
• Medications charged at market cost
• Shipping, braiding, shoeing, vet, and entry fees are customer’s responsibility.

 Miscellaneous –

• Supplies charge -- $100/quarter – Includes use of routine supplies (fly spray, wraps, laundry, topical medications, shampoo, grooming supplies, etc.)
• Commissions on horse purchases, sales, and leases – 15% of price
